A Pug’s Voice

Best Pet Blog

Best Pet Blog

Nominated for Best Pet Blog is A Pug’s Voice. The nominator (speaking for the pug) stated that this blog has been created and written by “Mason” a very literate and thoughtful pug who relates the joys and vicissitudes of his life”.

Not surprisingly, this blog is written from the perspective of Mason, a pug who lives in Manhattan. The BlogNet Awards Team soon discovered that Mason has a partner in crime, Lilly, another pug, but Mason seems to be the writer of the pair. This blog review was whimsical and fun. The archives, blog roll, and recent posts are all in a small right side column. Mason is sometimes a bit pedantic, quoting Shakespeare in an appropriate context, which some of us can’t do, but is basically a down-to-earth pug who chronicles his dog’s life for us in an easily read style. Truly, every dog does have his day!

This is so frustrating. I wanted to give A Pug’s Voice ten stars. I didn’t realize I had to click the one furthest to the right instead of trying to click on all stars starting from the left. I love this blog. It’s one of the funniest and well written blogs on the web.

We’ve deleted your vote understanding that your intention was to give 10 stars and not 1. You’re invited to recast your ballot to properly reflect your support of this nominated blog. Thanks for your participation. BlogNet Awards Team.

Now it works. It doesn’t work on Safari on Mac, just Firefox. Thank you for letting me recast vote.

All best to most erudite pug and his long-suffering (but indefatigably cheery) companion.

The most literate blog by human or canine (of course, as a pug owner, I’m a bit biased).

Mason is upset that copycat blog is catching up. Gotta get more votes here.

    Dear Mr. Newman,

Please don’t think that Mister Bean is a copycat. Truth is, Mister Bean began his blog in February and didn’t know A Pug’s Voice existed until he was nominated for Best Pet Blog. His MaMaFigure enjoys Mason and Lizzy very much and thinks it’s quite a pleasant coincidence that 4 pugs live in two totally seperate, yet strangely similar, worlds.
