At Formula1

Nominated for Best Sports blog is At Formula1. Sorindsd describes this blog site as ” a blog of statistics from Formula1 from 1950 to the present day.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with “Formula1″ or “F1″ – it is the highest class of open wheeled auto racing defined by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), motorsport’s world governing body. The F1 World Championship season consists of a series of races, known as Grands Prix, held usually on purpose-built circuits, and in a few cases on closed city streets, the most famous of which is the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo. The results of each race are combined to determine two annual World Championships, one for drivers and one for constructors.
The BlogNet Awards team found while doing their review, statistic after statistic from every angle on this world championship auto racing. For example we found out that every Formula1 driver wishes to be the champion, but for this they need points. In some years there is enough a few points but in others they have to get a lot of points to secure the title.
