Wll, to be honest, I am not a win drinker or enthusiast, but you haave made it very obvious that you are. I love the food links and the vegetable prep links especially and I really appreciate the serving size tips as well. I have pur your bog on my favorites list!

a bit text-heavy in terms of layout, but so much to read here! this is really why blogs were created, to go beyond the mere sound byte. unfortunately the times almost demand an easier way to view the information. wish you all the best with it though, it is a generous contribution.
