Paper Economy

Best Real Estate Blog

Best Real Estate Blog

Nominated for the Best Real Estate Blog is Paper Economy (A Us Real Estate Bubble Blog). The nominator wanted to point out that while this is indeed a real estate blog, don’t expect what you would normally see on such blogs. As it says on the site “A Blog dedicated to tracking the decline of the greatest asset bubble in US history.”

This site would be much less disturbing if it were fiction. In fact, if it weren’t the truth, it would make good fiction. This is a story Michael Douglas should be starring in rather than one the American public living out. However, the American public IS living it out, and since those who forget history are doomed to repeat it, the BlogNet Awards Team really had to say thank you to the nominator for getting us to review this site. The moral of this site could easily be described as sooner or later, all bubbles pop. It documents the popping of the US real estate bubble in scathingly raw detail. It’s not sensational, just honest. In this account, sensationalism wouldn’t have been as effective as the bare naked truth anyway. There are charts and graphs. It’s understandable, and explains, in basic but business terms, exactly what the heck happened to the US real estate market. Review this blog, and maybe even take notes. You owe it to yourself and your family.
