Super high quality posts in a blog that provides great inspiration and philosophical information to help you think about life and things related to it. He mixes in information about personal stories and blogging, but every post written is high quality.

Thank you Justin. I mean to do right by my contribution. I seek to inspire the everyman/woman blogger out there as well as erase the stigma against psychotherapy and mental illness of all forms. Oh, and I throw in some humor as well as a spoonful of sugar
