“Snakes on a Blog” is nominated for Best Humor Blog which the nominator wanted to point out : “this is a very funny blog dedicated to unexpected snake sighting and the things that actually upstage them.”

This site started as an attempt on the author’s part to talk his way into the premier of the movie “Snakes on an Airplane.” Even with no connections in Hollywood on his own, he did manage to eventually campaign his way into the premier, but he also launched an inventive laughably funny blog in the process. The BlogNet Awards team was reminded, while reviewing this site, that snakes are highly portable, and fold down easily, and therefore, can be found in some fairly comical places. It’s easy to go giggling along as you navigate your way through this site, with links to all sorts of snake sightings, and you will be glad you did. A little paranoid for a while, but ultimately glad you did.
