Nominated for Best Fashion Blog is a very delightful site Stitch Witch. To give you a clue to how the site owner sees her blog here is her description of her site ” Today, tens of thousands of yards later, here I am. I can make a mean scarf, wicked cool looking chapeaus, and some fairly intricate pieces of thread work. Recently, I’ve undertaken the added stress of learning to knit. I know there are Crochet camps and Knitting camps, and some would expect me to choose a side, but I won’t because I’m in the Yarn Camp. In this art, it IS about the destination, otherwise the journey would require far more than a handful of stitch techniques! I love the flow, the design, the colors, the textures. I’m not a fiber-nazi, I love all yarns equally (except for Super Saver). Acrylics, natural fibers, alpaca, bamboo, you name it I’ve at least touched it, and toyed with the silky textures.
Wrapping this up, the first step in recovery is to admit that you have a problem. My name is Deborah and I am a Yarn-oholic.
