Being nominated for the Best Humor Blog is Why be Normal, a site that the nominator describes as ” stuff that makes you laugh, think or run screaming in the other direction.
In reviewing this blog, the BlogNet awards team started out looking for the blog authors name, but then fairly quickly asked ourselves whether or not we’d use ours if we were responsible for it. The blogger describes it perfectly all by himself. “Things that make you laugh, think, or run screaming in the other direction.” Links to countless other blogs are incorporated into the page by giving all your friends a Blog Love Award. (We just call them links around here, and we are DEEPLY into blogging.) From super-hero squirrels to a serious need for one disgruntled donut maker to switch to decaf, this is just fun. Go ahead…you know you want to.
Part of entering the comment contest, is to visit the nominated sites to give your review then vote and comment. A point that you might want to consider is how often is a blog updated. Is this blog active?

Well, I didn’t nominate myself, so I AM wondering who did nominate me. Thank you, whoever out there thought that my mind barfing was worth nominating!
To clarify: I am a female. Melissa is a decidedly female name. Although my sense of humor might throw you off, I am not a man (although I do envy their ability to pee standing up)

OK, now that it took me like 10 minutes to figure out how to log into this thing! Why Be Normal kind of says it all – and the writer (or do you all say “blogger”)is a brilliant and very insightful woman. She’s also incredibly lucky – down to her last dollar and she’ll win at least $20 on a scratch ticket! She also musically talented! Wicked smaaatt! When I read her musings, I always crack up – but then, maybe I’m the one who is cracked up and she’s the normal one! Best of luck and I hope she wins!
